Food Bank RGV Pharr Resource Center
Food Bank RGV identifies an emergency pantry at 724 N. Cage Blvd., Pharr. Its instructions ask visitors to bring ID and proof of address. Call 956-682-8101, option 2, for food assistance or a nearby pantry referral.

The Social Services team assists with SNAP and other state-benefit applications in Hidalgo, Cameron and Willacy. Coordinators offer appointments and publish contact details. They help with the application process; they cannot approve an application or conduct the state interview.
